unrestocked minibar inconsistent service
The location was quite convenient. A short walk got me to many attractions.
My stay had some hiccups. The minibar wasn't restocked daily. It felt quite INCONVENIENT. the promised turndown service occurred only one of the three nights. This inconsistency was annoying

i found the decor very excellent. The central areas were quite lovely. i stayed in a junior suite, it had a great size. There even was a christmas tree.

the hotel included soft towels and large shower in the bathrooms. rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. every staff member.

delicious choices fresh fruit attentive staff
The hotel breakfast included delicious choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. The staff are attentive to guests needs. Tony helped me a lot during check-in.
My room faced a street and city noise was audible at night. Thicker windows would help with this.
